What does Xmarks Priority support include?

When you become an Xmarks premium customer, you are able to receive Xmarks Priority support. 

While we maintain the same high level of support for both Premium and Free Xmarks users, Premium users' support requests are flagged as higher priority requests, and will generally be responded to more quickly than free users.  In emergency situations, premium users can also receive phone support if expedited email support is not enough to solve the problem.
